Taking the next step into MSE Corrosion

OLI invites you to take the next step with us into MSE corrosion, by joining with OLI and other clients in the OLI CSP V consortium.

In CSPV, OLI will join together its two major technology paths: OLI corrosion simulation technology and OLI mixed solvent electrolyte technology.  The resulting quantum leap will be the development of the mixed solvent corrosion module, a model that will be able to predict electrolyte corrosion effects for systems whose behavior may or may not be dominated by water.

The consortium effort will address modeling challenges that go beyond the phenomena that can be currently simulated. This will include the effects of nonaqueous or water-depleted environments on passivity, effects of salt film formation and the dependence of electrochemical processes on solvent environment.
