The fillet is in place. This is made with an epoxy product that has wood flour mixed in. It is pressed into the corner, smoothed off and cleaned up. It performs two function 1) it makes the joint stronger by probably 50% and 2) it fills any gaps between the frame and the shell and hence protects the edge of the plywood frame from exposure to water.
