Cordell is holding the 2000 gph bilge pump (just like a sump pump for a house) that is used to fill the ballast tank in about 10 or 12 minutes.  It is powered by a 12 volt, 52 pound battery (green in lower right corner).  The switch is the little orange box above the tiller.
