Using a 3 to 1 lever I was able to apply more force to the deadeye - chainplate combination.  The bad news is that the shroud slipped in the three seizings (red arrow) at 95 lbs - this has to be fixed.  The good news is that at 210 pounds, the heaviest weight applied, the other two potential weak links still held.
