Both masts are tilted down.  An unforeseen problem has surfaced - the main topmast cannot fully retract because of the shrouds, backstays and stay which are held by a radiator clamp (red arrow).  Fortunately, the tarp cover is split in the rear so that the 1 1/2 feet of main topmast that overhangs the transom will not interfere with the tarp.
