The main topsail is sewn, bent and rigged.  It is in its most neat furled state - the way it will be when the boat goes in the water.  The mainsail does not furl.  Pat's right hand is pointing at the top sail sheet - the line that will spread the topsail.  Pat's left hand is pointing at the peak hallards - the line that holds the gaff up.  The red arrow shows the jam cleat for the peak hallards.  This line is the first piece of running rigging that has an end - that's why there is a little coil just below the cleat.
