AJ Gerbino, Technical Lead

AJ Gerbino is a partner of AQSim. AJ acts as principal investigator for OLI simulation studies. AJ received his PhD in 1996 from Rice University. His research was in the field of mineral scaling during brine production. He has twenty years experience in oilfield chemistry, in both drilling fluids and produced water. AJ is the author of approximately twenty technical papers/presentations and two patents. A former OLI scientist and an experienced process simulation consultant, AJ consults on a wide variety of industry projects, and is the lead OLI instructor for process simulation courses.

Pat McKenzie, Business Lead

Pat McKenzie is a partner of AQSim and provides business development direction for OLI. Pat also acts as project manager for simulation studies and for selected OLI and AQSim projects. Pat’s BS degree is in Information Technology, and she has 30 years experience in process simulation software development. Pat is a former lead developer of the OLI software, and now works with clients on applications screening and OLI software access.
